I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy, including trauma-focused CBT, DBT, and exposure therapy to help you transcend traumatic experiences and navigate life changes, emotions, and relationships. I also offer therapies for addictions, codependence, grief and adjustment issues, and stress management. I treat adolescents and adults of all ages.
