As your future therapist, I will strive to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring the internal barriers that may shape how you relate to yourself, others, & the world around you. While I primarily draw from Psychodynamic & Relational-Cultural approaches in my work, I also use mindfulness & skill-based interventions when helpful. I am attuned to the ways culture, identity, & lived experiences shape each person’s journey, & I strive to create a space where you feel seen & understood.

I have worked with clients on a wide breadth of concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, career concerns, relationship concerns, family of origin concerns, identity exploration/development, sex/intimacy & interpersonal concerns. I have experience working with undergraduate and graduate students, adults, professionals, & other therapists.
