I offer a relational, mind-body approach to healing that recognizes how lived experiences are shaped by systemic oppression, internalized narratives, and survival adaptations. My work is rooted in liberatory, decolonizing, and anti-carceral frameworks, and centers client autonomy, consent, and the wisdom of the body in the healing process. I support neurodivergent clients as well as those navigating complex trauma, dissociation, chronic shame, perfectionism, disorders of overcontrol, and the impact of internalized abuse and neglect.
I use a range of modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and somatics, I help clients explore both past wounds and present-moment embodiment, and move toward authentic self-expression.
Sessions may incorporate art, play, writing, and movement to foster integration and to reconnect with creativity, intuition, and pleasure.
Healing is about more than processing the past. It's about expanding what's possible now: the potential for a fiercely connected, deeply engaged and meaningful life. Whether clients are working to build internal collaboration, release deep-seated patterns, or cultivate greater ease, I offer a space where all parts are welcome.
