Practicing Mindfulness is a bridge to reality. It can help us understand those fears and regrets, so we can focus on what's actually happening. Then we can consider the things we actually have some control over, and begin making better-informed choices for our own wellbeing.
I use a compassionate, mindfulness-based approach to help clients manage stress, maintain a healthier mood, and refine their practices around self-care, relationships, and work.
