Hello, I'm here to help. Life is filled with what I consider "tiny deaths". Moments of transition (good or bad). Change can be anticipated, or an unexpected surprise. These events are complimented with complex emotions. Feelings including but not limited to: confusion, rage, grief, stress, anxiety, anger, fear, and loss. Allow me to create a space to unpack. My ideal clients are Women, mid 20s-early 50s, specifically wanting to understand or prepare for their peripartum experience. I find myself most connected to this work, as a therapist, and someone with lived experience in the postpartum realm.
I provide an emotion focused, humanistic, and IFC approach to services. I want to create a place where individuals feel grounded. At the core, I believe that assisting clients in meeting themselves openly and honestly is the first step in a greater path to empathy and understanding.
