Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming and uncertain, especially when trauma, identity, or religious experiences have made it hard to feel safe in your own life. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and suicidal ideation, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients. I provide collaborative, trauma-informed care that builds coping skills, increases insight, and supports lasting change. I am CAMS trained (working toward certification) and am an EMDR provider in training.

I support clients in building strong coping skills, stability, and a sense of safety before moving into deeper trauma work. Using CAMS, DBT, IFS, trauma-informed and trauma-focused approaches, I offer collaborative, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, identity, and suicidal thoughts.
