I am an active listener with over 10 years experience working with individuals and families in the behavioral/mental health field. I provide individual counseling and I'm here to support you on your journey.
My experience includes working with adolescents and adults dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, life stressors, relationship issues, personality disorders, ADHD, trauma and suicidal ideations. Interventions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based-Cognitive-Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
