About
Stress, trauma, and life changes can significantly impact mental health and well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment where clients explore thoughts and feelings to understand themselves better, and develop tools to address negative behaviors. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to develop an individualized treatment approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-informed, motivational interviewing, and attachment interventions.
I completed an advanced fellowship at the Yale University, Child Study Center and subsequently joined the Child Study Center as an Instructor of Clinical Social Work. At Yale, I provided comprehensive assessment and treatment to children ages 3 to 18 who were experiencing significant psychiatric issues.
I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they work to build strong and happy lives.
