I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and experience working with at-risk youth, including those in alternative school settings, behavioral health hospitals, and those who have experienced homelessness.
My approach to therapy is centered on building a strong client-therapist relationship.I believe that a solid foundation of trust and understanding is key to effective therapy. I want to help clients find solutions and to improve their quality of life. I work alongside children, youth, and young adults, guiding them as they navigate the issues in their lives.
