I look forward to learning about you and the challenges you're facing. I'll bring my education and experience to our sessions with the goal of helping you flourish in your life.
My primary treatment modality is positive psychology; narrative therapy is my primary method. Narrative therapy helps my clients identify their strengths, talents and values and, in the process, compose a new life story that breaks through self-limiting ideas about what is possible.
In addition, I have extensive experience working with clients with brain injuries, both traumatic and acquired. I am a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), and spent two years traveling the country working with injured veterans. I've had significant experience working with clients suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD).
