I work with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, and overwhelming emotions. I also support individuals who simply need a safe, nonjudgmental space to process their thoughts and experiences.
I am a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider and Certified Trauma Support Specialist. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable integrating faith into the therapeutic process. As a Christian, my faith shapes the compassion, empathy, and hope I bring into the therapy room but I also deeply respect each client’s personal beliefs and values.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and safe. Sometimes that means working through deep pain; other times it simply means having someone sit with you as you process life. Either way, you don’t have to do it alone.
