Greetings! I'm currently not accepting new clients. Therapy can be life-changing for all of us, especially during a crisis. My approach to therapy is that it requires an empathetic clinician who cares, listens to you, and is passionate about their job. You are the expert on yourself and a critical part of the treatment team. My philosophy is we'll collaborate to find coping skills and solutions to help you with any issues you might be facing and work together to create meaningful change. I use various techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and DBT.
I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, substance use disorder, sleep disorder, military concerns, low self-esteem, loneliness and other trauma. I also specialize in working with the veteran community and their families.
During our sessions, I maintain a relaxed and affirming environment where you, as a client, can openly discuss anything on your mind. I listen to your feedback and adjust the treatment based on what works for you. I believe the work we do together as a team can help you gain different tools to help you create a better life.
