My name is Sherry Fancher and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a passion for helping adults and children who have been through traumatic experiences. Burleson Counseling was created to serve the local community, provide in-person and virtual counseling in a safe and authentic space, and raise awareness of mental health in Burleson and surrounding cities. People are incredibly resilient, and when provided with the right resources, can find healing even in the darkest moments. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment built on trust and integrity, where you can openly explore and process life’s challenges.
I have supported individuals from various backgrounds in navigating through anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief, spiritual abuse, intergenerational trauma, financial fraud, codependency, life transitions, & self-esteem. I use a trauma-informed approach of evidence-based therapy methods tailored to meet your unique needs and strengths.
