Hi! My name is Bukurije, but everyone calls me Buki. Have you heard the saying, "With every hardship, comes ease?" Hardship is part of the human experience, but ease can come in the form of a professional to guide and support you. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, pregnancy/fertility issues, postpartum/perinatal struggles, relationship issues, trauma, stress, grief or you want help with parenting, communication, goal planning, assertiveness or career/school-related issues, then I can be part of that journey towards finding ease and relief. Healing is possible with the right tools and support and we can accomplish that.
With my diverse background and experiences, I can help you gain insight, set goals and develop coping mechanisms. I have worked with very diverse clients and I use multiple therapy modalities, with Multicultural Counseling at the forefront. Others include: CBT, DBT, M.I., Trauma-Informed, Emotion-Focused, Solution-Focused, and Strengths Based.
My goal is to help my clients heal by feeling empowered and having the tools to cope with life’s challenges and achieve mental health and overall wellness.
