Our ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns and want practical, compassionate support. Many come to us with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, communication struggles, family conflict, grief, life transitions, or past wounds. Our team helps clients gain clarity, build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and take realistic steps toward meaningful change. Faith-sensitive support is available when desired.
Our Team
You may understand what happened to you and still feel like your mind or body has not fully moved past it. Painful memories, anxiety, grief, betrayal, abandonment, emotional abuse, or past relationships can continue showing up through overthinking, shutdown, strong emotional reactions, or feeling stuck in patterns you already understand. My practice is focused on helping adults process what still feels unresolved through EMDR therapy.

When you come in to work with me, we will pursue therapy in a safe way and learn to open new doors to create a better future for yourself. We are ever-changing and we need to learn to adapt to all of our new changes and how to move forward with them.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy practicum student, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, domestic violence, addiction and substance use concerns, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, compulsive sexual behaviors, and healing from sexual abuse. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change

You may be used to holding everything together while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Past experiences may still affect how you see yourself, trust others, or respond in relationships. Addiction within your family may also leave you carrying guilt, worry, resentment, or the pressure to stay strong. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry it alone. Together, we can make sense of what you have been through, identify patterns that keep you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
