I use an eclectic approach in therapy to fit the individual needs of the client, but always within a strengths-focused and collaborative framework. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial for growth and healing. I have worked in private practice, clinic and school settings where I have helped children, adolescents and adults address a range of issues relating to adjustment, grief, depression and anxiety. I have significant experience working with Autism.
