I love to work with those who are struggling and trying to find their way. Though I'm trained in addressing a wide scope of concerns, I particularly enjoy helping individuals in late adolescence and early adulthood overcome obstacles and build independence as they pursue personal and vocational goals. It is a great joy to see my clients work toward the life they want.
I have been counseling since 2004. I have a wide range of experience in different areas, including recovery from substance abuse, trauma, adolescents and anxiety/mood disorders. I am a licensed addictions counselor through SCADAAC and I am rostered in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy by Project Best (Medical University of SC).
