I’ve done it all, from domestic violence crisis work, childhood healing work, supporting big life changes, and helping women build better relationships, friendships, and futures.

My intention is to create a safe, accepting, and respectful therapeutic environment in which you can express yourself freely and begin the process of moving towards the life you want. My role as a therapist is to help you find a sense of peace and resolution by encouraging insight, exploring new coping tools, and connecting or re-connecting with inner resources for resilience.

We are a Queer-owned, LGBTQ+, QBIPOC, body positive, kink positive, & chronic illness safe & affirming practice. We provide a safe & protected space for our LGBTQ+ community members & their families. In compliance with state law, we DO NOT provide referrals for trans/non-binary gender affirming medical interventions for minors.
