For over 40 years I have sought to understand truth and wisdom. I've come to recognize the nature of suffering and each persons desire for release from suffering. I know that healing is a gentle unfolding, created with correct individual guidance, support and care. This assists each person's understanding of their personnel truth and authenticity, which leads a deeper inner awareness of true self, inner wisdom and to peaceful liberation.

Many of my clients have come to me after being diagnosed fully believing that their lives were over. Mental health issues do not define who you are as a person. They are just a small part of why we react in particular situations, in specific ways. I have a passion to help my clients and their families to discover not only how to overcome their mental health issues, but to thrive despite their mental health issues.

My name is Vincent Lamont and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania). Entering therapy can be a difficult decision for most people. I am committed to gently guiding my clients toward a place of relief from emotional distress and an enhanced sense of well-being. I am here to provide a safe space, and to help you work through whatever issue or conflict is troubling you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience treating depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with children, teens and adults. I hope to foster an environment where you can feel safe and open to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and work on learning new and healthier ways to express and cope with your emotions and stressors. At this time I am not accepting new clients who require appointments after 4pm, and can only accept new clients who have day time availability.
