Welcome to RHS, I hold a Master of Social Work Degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Currently specializing in Sex and Relationship Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Family systems therapy, and a wide variety of mindfulness-based holistic clinical approaches. I am currently being supervised by Dr. Tony Reigle, PhD, LPC and Dr. Estefanía Simich Muñoz, PhD, LCPC, CST, CST-S, Patricia Rich LCSW, CST-S, CST. I work with women, men, 2SLGBTQ+, survivors of abuse, folks with HIV/AIDS, in the Kink/BDSM lifestyle, folks struggling with sexual function issues, and those in relationships struggling to build intimacy.

In my experience, inside every person there is a psychological center, like a ‘Light’ leading us to love, healing, joy and growth. In a deep place in each of us, it is always present, though sometimes hidden. Known by many different names and through many different senses - center, core, soul, real-self, heart or unconscious, it is wise and kind and delights to do no harm, and intends only good. We all have a longing to connect to this profound potential, goodness and love within ourselves, within others and in all. I enjoy supporting folks in their journey back to this connection.

I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples/families providing mindfulness and skills based psychotherapy. Let’s find new ways to work with old problems. For over 15 years I have specialized in working with the mind and the body using both traditional therapy and mindfulness techniques. This skills based approach, using non-violent communication and relationship enhancement therapy, a skills based learning approach to improve communication and empathy interpersonally.
