I work with individuals, couples and families to ease distress and help promote meaningful change. I provide a safe, judgement free space to allow my clients to discover who they truly are and what they need to live a fulfilling life. I take a collaborative approach and cater my therapeutic style and interventions to match my client's unique personality and concerns to encourage their strengths and challenge them to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

I believe we all deserve the best and come from a variety of backgrounds. I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing and being themselves in whatever environment feels safe for you. I offer both telehealth and in-person therapy sessions. Together, we can work collaboratively by focusing on strengths and skills. I will help provide support with resources and coping abilities that will help in reaching future goals. I want you to feel better and am committed to your success. I use a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychotherapy, Mindful Based Practices, Ketamine and Psychedelic Therapy.

The beauty of our minds is amazing; however, we can also be enslaved by our minds as well. This enslavement can be in the form of an addiction to drugs and alcohol which often times we walk through that door and want to get out, we shake that knob in desperation but there is no way out. As a result, we feel hopeless and just stuck. Mental health issues are the same as well and often times we suffer in silence as a result of it. It is time to stop the suffering.
