My approach is integrative and relational; it combines effective interpersonal, emotional, and cognitive behavioral interventions.
My specialty is couple and family psychology. I have been trained in diverse evidence-based couple and family programs (e.g., Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy). Relationships influence mental health, and vice versa. In session, I will help you gain insight and develop adaptive relational patterns that increase wellbeing.
