With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have worked with a variety of clients and by joining them "where they are at" together we are able to effect change.

I utilize an integrative approach which incorporates solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral interventions, and family systems theory. We work together to move you toward your goals. My style is interactive and conversational, using humor and the relationship to create trust and safety for growth and change.
