Unfortunately, I am unable to accept new clients at this time. In therapy, I will work with you to help you identify your stressors, and achieve your goals. Through my continuing education, I am constantly updating my knowledge of new theories and techniques to help my clients improve their lives. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctorate in Psychological Counseling. I am an NBCC board certified clinical mental health counselor, and have a diplomate in trauma treatment from the American Mental Health Counselors Association, as well s a diplomate from the National Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists.
I have many years experience in hypnosis, which is effective for stress management, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and motivation. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD, as well as anxiety, depression, and critical incident stress management.
I have been in private practice in Southern Ocean County for over 18 years. I helped people deal with the challenges of rebuilding their lives after SuperStorm Sandy. Now I am helping clients cope with the depression, anxiety, panic and stress associated with COVID 19, and life in general. All are welcome, we do not discriminate.
