I have received training in treating OCD through The Cognitive Behavior Institute and am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, which is the gold standard for treating OCD.
I am passionate about helping those struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I have been trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) through Stanford University which is an evidenced based approach for adolescents with eating disorder
