This, along with my training at New York University and in Schema Therapy (a powerful experiential, cognitive, and behavioral approach) combine to offer deep healing for my patients. At times we all face struggles internal, external, and often a combination of both. I have observed that often we can feel stuck from these experiences, even if we’ve tried to move on from them. That is because we need a little guidance to process and buff out the imprint that remains in our system. It is my hope to help facilitate a path to finding more ease, feeling better, and move towards the life you want.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia. Over the past 20 years I have worked collaboratively with clients on a wide range of issues, and am comfortable utilizing a variety of techniques designed to help empower my clients and establish a greater sense of integrity within their lives. My training in psychotherapy has been influenced by a wide variety of philosophies and theories, and I am skilled in helping clients become more aware of deeper connections to their problems, whether it be in their relationships with others or in their relationship with themselves.

Legacy Consulting, LLC is a practice providing treatment to adults, couples, adolescents and families to heal the past and create promising futures. Individual therapy focuses on the specific problems of each Client using modalities that treat unique issues. Couples therapy focuses on three key problem areas in partnerships: relationships, finances and sex. Family therapy works with the family as a whole to develop improved communication and mutual support among family members. Women's Recovery Group processes grief, divorce, alcohol/substance use and relationships.

Clients come to me for relief of symptoms of anxiety and depression, and to learn to process how trauma or complex trauma may be impacting their lives today and how to move forward from it. They also seek to gain insight into why they do what they do, to improve their agency or control over their own lives, to learn how to recognize and deal with feelings, to build their self-esteem and to find more pleasure and serenity in their lives. Tamara Leah Sauer-Diner is an experienced therapist licensed in both NJ and California. Tamara tailors her approach to best suit the client and their needs and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. Tamara has experience with crisis management, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, body image and relationship issues. Tamara obtained her master’s degree in Marriage And Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide with Summa Cum Laude. Tamara accepts insurance.

Kristen Curtis is a clinically based psychotherapist with 12 years of experience practicing in Collingswood NJ. Having recently relocated from Vermont Kristen continues to see clients from both Vermont and the Southern New Jersey region. Over the years Kristen has seen a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds sharing similar life struggles spanning relationship issues, personal loss, childhood abuse, mood disorders, anxiety and neurodiversity diagnosis such as ADD/ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Kristen is passionate about providing conscious and humanistic care to people of all walks of life.
