I utilize ACT/CBT concepts & skills and a person-centered approach to help my clients make change & move forward. My specialty areas include life transitions; anxiety/depression; LGBTQ+; identity issues (personal/sexual/gender); men's issues, and emerging adulthood. My goal is to help you move toward a life more authentically aligned with your chosen values.

I'm a Virtual-Only provider & I'm currently accepting new clients according to appropriateness. It's important to me that my therapeutic style/approach are well-suited to my clients' needs & therapeutic goals. You deserve that.
