My background includes extensive work in grief and loss in the hospice setting, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, adolescent issues and family crisis intervention, and parent coaching. In our time together we will work toward developing new coping skills and help you discover or re-discover your personal power and strengths.
My approach is to help you feel relaxed and comfortable. My sense of humor often comes into play and allows us to relax and unwind. This atmosphere provides a safe, informal, supportive, non-judgmental, and uplifting environment without imposing any pre-set "solutions" to your individual circumstances.
