Legacy Consulting, LLC is a practice providing treatment to adults, couples, adolescents and families to heal the past and create promising futures. Individual therapy focuses on the specific problems of each Client using modalities that treat unique issues. Couples therapy focuses on three key problem areas in partnerships: relationships, finances and sex. Family therapy works with the family as a whole to develop improved communication and mutual support among family members. Women's Recovery Group processes grief, divorce, alcohol/substance use and relationships.

Whether you're a veteran or a newcomer, starting therapy can be one of the most taxing and anxiety provoking things we can imagine. Many of us live day by day worried about what may happen or what has happened, and eventually it starts to consume how we think and behave. We start to lie to ourselves and others about what is happening, and we start to feel trapped and hopeless. Everyday seems to be a battle and we crave a release.

Our mission at Faithlift and Hope, LLC is to instill a seed of hope in each of our clients while lifting them up in their emotional, mental and even spiritual life. We welcome all people of gender, ages, and spiritual backgrounds.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health and recovery fields. I have been in private practice for the last 20 years. I am clinically well rounded, nonjudgmental, and fairly soul-seasoned as a human being, myself. I find the majority of my clients to be very psychologically and spiritually heroic/ inspiring. Many of them teach me important things about my own inner life journey. I am also a multiple trauma survivor and have been clean and sober for the last 38 years. I also specialize with codependents/ACOAs.

Soul loss is what we go through when our early wounds and traumas restrict our energy and impede our ability to live freely and joyfully. I can help you retrieve your lost energy and rewire old patterns, so you can more fully embody who you were meant to be. Pain is often an invitation to learn more about our feelings so we can evolve and expand. I use a mind-body approach (somatic experiencing/ gestalt) with a relational lens (psychodynamic/ attachment/ Jungian) and energy healing. If you feel stuck after years of talk therapy, I can help. I see children, adolescents, adults, couples & families online only at the moment.

Life is an incredibly beautiful journey, but it's not always easy. As a licensed professional and addiction counselor, my goal is to support you every step of the way and provide you with the support and guidance you deserve to reach your full potential. I work with people and couples who understand that therapy is a process and that there are no quick fixes. Most of the people who walk through my doors know that life could be better, but don't quite know how to make that happen. They are ready for change. I work with couples and individuals who believe they have limited options in therapy. You are welcome here. Grounded in traditional evidence based therapy modalities learned while acquiring my LCSW, my additional education and certification in complementary and alternative medicine as well as spiritual psychology also allows us to explore additional creative and holistic methods to achieving overall wellness. My approach is to “meet clients where they are” with an initial goal of stabilization and helping the client to feel safety within themselves.

My therapy practice is currently dedicated to supporting women and mothers. My greatest passion is to provide supportive, heart-centered, counseling to new and expecting mothers as they transition through pregnancy, parenthood, and beyond.
