I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex & intimacy, but my true passion is helping people, particularly women, let go of guilt and shame, say goodbye to anxiety and live a life that is lead by passion and purpose, rather than from pressure. I help the women who look like they have it together actually have it together, mind, body and soul
I offer therapy intensives, a fast-pass to healing. These are perfect for clients who have limited availability, want to see faster transformation, are ready to get to the punch and do the work, and/or clients that are frustrated with traditional talk therapy.
