Not accepting insurance; several weekday 8am and 9am slots available - I specialize in sexual issues, specifically related to functioning, sexual shame, sexual trauma, impulsive behaviors, sex and porn "addictions," low and hyper-arousal issues - all from a sex-positive, kink/poly/bdsm-friendly stance, as well as Christian-friendly and all around non-judgment. I also help couples navigate challenges in their intimate relationships. Working with sex means I work a lot with trauma, anxiety, grief, impulsivity, and depression.

I have a 20+ year background in providing counseling and psychotherapeutic services to integrated behavioral health patients of all ages, from the chronically mentally ill, self-esteem problems, relationship problems, spirituality concerns, identity issues, those who suffer from terminal medical illnesses, in addition to those battling severe chemical dependency problems. I also have experience in providing therapy for inmates as well, and I'm currently attending medical courses to develop learning along the the biochemical spectrum of clinical disorders for future psychiatric practice.

I want to extend a non-judgmental approach to every person I work with. I have been working with adults and adolescents for years and feel confident that I can work with a multitude of personality types. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand some of the difficulties we face when seeking counseling services. I want to extend myself to everyone identifying under this umbrella. I am experienced working with active duty military who have experienced trauma, either prior to or during their service. I am currently providing services for Restoring Hope Alliance, which is a local non-profit program.
