My approach is wholistic and I use Energy Psychology (Tapping), Zen Buddhism and Mindfulness to achieve a client's goals.
I use mindfulness with clients to reduce anxiety, depression and stress. I also use Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping. It is a process of stimulating acupuncture meridians through tapping on key acupuncture points coupled with verbal stimulation. This process reduces or eliminates symptoms and a greater sense of ease occurs.
I have practiced Zen meditation for over three decades and have integrated the Buddha's teaching into my work. I also bring solid knowledge of the mind and body interface. I worked for Children's Mental Health for many years and have extensive experience working with families with special needs children.
