In addition to traditional talk therapy I use a variety of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques such as meditation and hypnotherapy. Counseling can be an intimidating experience and the decision to seek counseling is a courageous one. Whether you are having difficulty with adjustment issues or recovering from a traumatic experience, your treatment will be specific to you and specialized for your individual needs.
My work begins with taking the time to understand each, unique individual. I am always sure to provide a safe and respectful environment in order to change harmful patterns of thinking, behaving or feeling that stem from past experiences and underlying presenting symptoms, while working on practical solutions to immediate problems.
