My practice includes partnering with individuals, couples, and young people to help identify how to read their own body through Sensorimotor, EMDR Psychotherapy along with other individualized modalities and techniques. I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with dissociation, trauma recovery, addictions, anxiety, depression and other clinical issues.
