I have spent over 20 years exploring my own mind/body connection and personal potential through yoga, meditation, hypnosis, triathlon training, rock climbing, cycling, and fire walking. My passion currently is working with couples in varying stages of relationship! I work best with people burdened with ineffectual patterns who know there is more to life than staying stuck! I love LOVE! I get fired up teaching communication skills and thrive on disrupting old patterns to allow for new experiences of healing and connection. In addition to Somatics, I also incorporate Stan Tatkins' Psychoneurobiology Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT, I'm Level II Certified) and David Mars' Tranformational Couples Therapy.
