As a developmental psychologist and depth counselor, I am best suited to working with people experiencing the trials and tribulations that accompany the major passages experienced throughout life. I am a warm and experienced counselor who works with people representing all ages and social identities. I work with individuals, couples and families, and have much experience working with addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, grief and forgiveness.
As a depth counselor, I support people to find the meaning and purpose within their struggles. I help them go beyond behaviorally healing their addictions and depression. I work to help clients find their courage to grieve their losses and come to a genuine place of self acceptance and compassion.
I work to help people deeply process and integrate their experiences and their traumas. I use a variety of techniques, including talk therapy, dream analysis, active imagination, and E.M.D.R.
