I am a rare breed of therapist who speaks adult and kid/teens too. I believe in bridging the gap between thoughts/feelings/body experiences and behaviors and helping folks build personal skills in communication, coping and goal setting to create sustainable practices for every day life.
My approach is to explore behaviors and impulses to help you/your child make changes to create a more positive everyday experience. In this way you will construct new ways of seeing yourself/them, new interaction styles for present relationships responsibly and in a new awareness of the reality you want.
