I will walk beside you and help you figure out what change might look like in your life. I work from a Motivational Interviewing perspective and provide my clients a safe, nonjudgmental, therapeutic space to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a feeling of containment and a sense of safety. I work with all addictive and compulsive behaviors, trauma, anxiety, depression and dual diagnoses.

Working from a Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction perspective allows me to meet my clients where they are in his/her process of change. MI is a very nonjudgmental, collaborative and respectful therapeutic approach. I am also an EMDR practitioner, addressing the needs of those suffering from trauma.

My therapeutic approach is centered in the evolution of how the treatment world is changing and I work hard to meet the needs of my clients. I am a listener, a guide, a cheerleader, an accountability coach and, most importantly, provide a healing space for growth. I believe the therapist/client connection is the most powerful tool that leads to change.
