Allow me the opportunity to provide that help. I see men and women online from all across California and am available evenings and weekends. I specialize in helping adults manage a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD (including sexual abuse), ADHD, OCD, low self-esteem, chronic illness, life transitions, grief & loss, masculinity issues, military lifestyle concerns, and first responder/law enforcement challenges. I also provide couple’s counseling.

My work is rooted in a desire to support you in recognizing and resolving whatever holds you back, whether that's conscious or unconsciously held beliefs; internalized messages received from family, culture, or a sick society; grief, loss, anxiety or depression, or the challenge of major life transitions. I believe we each hold the wisdom and power to build and sustain meaningful careers, relationships, and lives, even amid circumstances and pasts that are beyond our control. There is so much within our control when we are ready to give ourselves to that.
