Covid-19 created a lot of changes for us all and I am here as a support. I believe in a holistic approach that is centered around where you want to begin. I'm here to join you in making a plan for success, providing a supportive therapeutic relationship & competency-based psychotherapy. I have been working in northern California since 1993 & am skilled in various methods so that counseling can be interactive, engaging, & reflective.
As a Generalist Practitioner, I help with a wide range of concerns emphasizing trauma-informed care. I have a special interest in healthy relationships and life satisfaction with no "preferred population" or "issue" served over another, offering confidential (firewall) telehealth psychotherapy from the safety of your own home or smartphone.
Counseling is tailored to your needs, supported by years of education and experience. Telehealth appointments are guaranteed the same confidentiality and process as face-to-face appointments.
