I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with stressful life circumstances. Utilizing evidence based approaches and techniques, I give people tools to free themselves from self-defeating beliefs, change unhealthy behavioral patterns, and process difficult experiences in order to live a life of meaning and purpose.
I approach each client through a strength-based, holistic, and non-judgmental lens. In other words, I don't think there is anything wrong with you! There are so many factors outside of our control, and we are bombarded by messages that we are "not enough." I provide in person and telehealth to residents of California, and telehealth to residents of Idaho.
