This is a healing therapeutic process of uncovering and recovering your most authentic self out beyond the core wounding.
How can psychotherapy really heal? Emotional pain knotted in the mind and body needs and outlet, an expression to untangle. Together, we will work to explore and experience what is being held rather than mere story telling about what is being held. It is not so much the why of what happened, but more the how of what happened continues to cause pain.
