Through integrating all of your "parts," you can come to experience more ease and a sense of internal coherence that in turn supports you in making some of the changes that you're longing for in your life. I work with adult individuals and couples using "parts work" and other trauma focused modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, people pleasing, shame, dissociation, difficulties with communication and creative blocks.
I draw from somatic approaches such as IFS, the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Interpersonal Neurobiology, and EMDR to address trauma in an integrative way. With couples I work with you on uncovering what’s fueling your arguments and preventing you from connecting with each other so you can experience less conflict and more ease in your relationship.
I enjoy working with people from the 2slgbtqia+ and BIPOC communities, immigrants, couples, new parents, new mothers, artists, creatives, HSP, professionals, adult children of divorce and adult children of narcissistic parents.
