The decision to begin therapy is not simple and often comes at a particularly challenging time in your life. I work holistically by looking at the larger context of your life so we can connect your past and your present. I have found it is valuable to explore how experiences of race, gender, sexuality, and other identities impact us. I also work well with people who are new to therapy or are feeling ambivalent.
