So many people today feel that they are just going through the motions, unsure of what truly matters to them. Culture and upbringing can shape our behaviors and beliefs, but sometimes they don't align with what we truly value and this conflict can cause deep suffering. Knowing what’s important to you and having easy access to your “true north” can completely change the way you approach and experience life.
The core of my method is based in Narrative Therapy. Sessions are collaborative, free from judgment and will challenge you to think about problems in new ways. I will ask questions you haven’t heard before and we will investigate your experiences, values and beliefs, identifying new possibilities associated with them.
I have over 12 years experience practicing psychotherapy with adults, mature teens and couples and I feel so honored to have partnered on these journeys. Many of my clients grew up in families affected by alcoholism/addiction, mental illness or restrictive faith-based practices and have found this kind of work especially effective. Please reach out.
