Experiences of anxiety, depression, and trauma take a massive toll on our lives and relationships, often leaving us feeling out of control, disconnected, and dissatisfied. I want to help you and/or your partner(s) by putting words to your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in order to gain deeper awareness and insight in order to access more ease and satisfaction.
