I'm warm, experienced, collaborative and dedicated to helping people reach their full potential at work, in sport/the arts, and in life. As part of this work, I help people thrive in the face of health and pain concerns. I have graduate degrees in Kinesiology, Counseling Psychology (Maryland) and postdoctoral training in chronic pain research from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. I've walked the walk as a former NCAA athlete (golf) and someone who has personally dealt with health concerns. I hope to support you in reaching your goals.
