Your sexual self is welcome here. My presence invites authentic expression and courageous vulnerability. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for sexual desires and struggles to be expressed, explored, and supported.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, shame, grief, relational issues, and sexual challenges including: mismatched desire, low or absent desire, premature or early ejaculation, vaginismus, inability to achieve orgasm, and sexual trauma. I also enjoy working with individuals and couples who are wanting to explore incorporating Kink and BDSM.
Together, we explore the subconscious burdens and impediments that keep one from living with greater freedom and authenticity.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Experiential Exercises, Guided Imagery and Psycho-education.

IFS Parts Group for Men & Women *Closed group, *ages 18+ *Size of group, 6-8 *Location: LifeSong Counseling Centers Gilbert office, *Tuesday evenings beginning September 24th, 6p-730p Ending November 26th (not meeting October 29th) 9 weeks in length Cost: $55/session, private pay check, cash and credit card: *Facilitator: Bryttney Huseas LAMFT During the course of the group, participants will be led through exercises to gain increased self awareness that can lead to greater self ownership, less emotional reactivity, greater compassion and understanding of self and others.
