About
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, and I do my best to ensure that treatment is tailored specifically to each client. I do not follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach. As a therapist, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist, as I believe that this the foundation and key to successful therapy.
My areas of specialty include suicidality/crisis counseling, mood disorders (bipolar, depression, etc.), anxiety, grief, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, and faith transitions/religious trauma. Additionally, I particularly enjoy working with clients who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community (as I too identify as a member myself).
Starting therapy can feel like a scary or embarrassing thing, but I believe that therapy is something that anyone can benefit from—regardless of how big or small you might feel your problems are. I am here to help.
