I am an IFS (Internal Family Systems) LEVEL 2 trained therapist and I offer a somatic/body-centered approach which offers deep healing. Often, traditional talk therapy does not bring deep healing. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a Board Certified Psychosynthesis-trained Life Coach. I specialize in helping individuals with grief, intergenerational trauma, those dealing with end-of-life issues, and folks with post-concussion related depression/anxiety. I am an IFS Level 2 trained therapist ("parts work") and use somatic practices, also.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, playful, and always respectful of you as a unique individual.
